The present invention relates to a line post insulator insulating cover, which can be assembled with an insulator and a high voltage cable by performing a work easily and quickly with a smart stick for an indirect live wire. The line post insulator insulating cover comprises: a first cover portion (100) including a first hinge portion (110) having a first hinge hole, a first cable cover portion (120) integrally formed with the first hinge portion (110), and a first insulator cover portion (130) integrally formed with the first cable cover portion (120); a second cover portion (200) including a second hinge portion (210) which has a second hinge hole (211) assembled by a hinge pin together with the first hinge hole and is rotatable with respect to the first hinge portion (110), a second cable cover portion (220) having a shape symmetrical to the first cable cover portion (120), and being wrapped around a cable together with the first cable cover portion (120) to be fixed thereto, and a second insulator cover portion (230) having a shape symmetrical to the first insulator cover portion (130) and being wrapped around an insulator upper end together with the first insulator cover portion (130) to be fixed thereto; and a plurality of fixing bolts (300) fixing and assembling the first cover portion (100) and the second cover portion (200). A fixing protrusion is formed on the outer circumferential surface of any one of the first hinge portion (110) and the second hinge portion (210), and a groove into which the fixing protrusion is inserted is formed in the other outer circumferential surface. The opening angle of the first hinge portion (110) and the second hinge portion (210) is temporarily fixed by the assembly position of the fixing protrusion and the groove.
