The present invention relates to a SWRO membrane fouling dispersion system and a SWRO membrane fouling dispersion maintenance method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a SWRO membrane fouling dispersion system using a flow path switching valve and a SWRO membrane fouling dispersion maintenance method using the same, which can control a flow path of a brine to a vessel including a reverse osmosis membrane module arranged in series so as to easily change the direction of the brine flow as necessary and disperse the contamination of the membrane module and reduce the cost of replacing and cleaning the membrane.
