The present invention relates to a method for inducing immunity in a large quantity of black soldier fly larvae, and a method for preparing a natural antibiotic agent, wherein a large quantity of larvae are rapidly and conveniently injected with a drug (an immunity-inducing material, etc.) to induce immunity, and the natural antibiotic agent is prepared by using the immunity-induced larvae. The method for inducing immunity in a large quantity of black soldier fly larvae of the present invention requires an immunity-inducing drug and the larvae loaded separately, the needle of a syringe part is coated with the drug, and the needle is inserted into the larvae, thereby injecting the drug into the larvae, such that a plurality of larvae can be simultaneously injected with the drug in a uniform concentration. In addition, the method for inducing immunity in a large quantity of black soldier fly larvae enables a larger amount of the drug to be injected into the larvae by using a needle with grooves on the surface thereof, and especially, can enable the injection of a sufficient amount of the drug even when the larvae are stacked in multiple layers. The black soldier fly larvae are by-products produced during the process of processing food wastes in an environmentally-friendly way, and the natural antibiotic agent prepared by using the black soldier fly larvae of the present invention exhibits a high antibacterial activity due to immunity induction, and can be mass-produced at a low cost, and thus can replace other costly natural antibiotic agents (melittin, bee venom, etc.).
