Disclosed is a device for welding a needle bottle and a needle body. The device for welding a needle bottle and a needle body is characterized by comprising: a needle bottle and needle body mounting jig having a plurality of needle bottle accommodating holes accommodating a needle bottle, and provided to allow the needle bottle, inserted into the needle bottle accommodating holes, and a needle body, provided to be coupled to the needle bottle, to be mounted; a needle bottle and needle body fixating jig which is located at an upper portion of the needle bottle and needle body mounting jig, is provided to be horizontally movable, and is moved towards the needle bottle and the needle body mounted on the needle bottle and needle body mounting jig in order to fixate the needle bottle and the needle body; a laser irradiating device including a laser oscillating unit, a light fiber connected to the laser oscillating unit in order to transmit laser, and a laser irradiating member irradiating the laser transmitted by the light fiber; a laser welding device which is connected to a laser transmitting member connected to the laser irradiating member in order to receive the laser irradiated from the laser irradiating member by means of the laser transmitting member in order to irradiate the laser, and is provided to weld the coupling portion of the needle bottle and the needle body with the laser; and a welding device fixating member which is arranged to be adjacent to the needle bottle and needle body fixating jig, has one side coupled to the laser welding device, and allows the laser welding device to be arranged over the needle bottle and needle body fixating jig.
