The present invention relates to a surface reinforcing method using a reinforcing coating agent for improving a sewing slipping property and abrasion resistance of a polyurethane foam, and a surface reinforcing coating agent of a polyurethane foam. The surface reinforcing method of the present invention comprises: a step (S1) of unwinding and guiding a polyurethane foam (10); a step (S2) of preparing and melting a reinforcing coating agent (21); a reinforcing coating step (S3); and a product completing step (S4).
