Disclosed are an IoT-based patient customized communication disorder rehabilitation system, and a method thereof. The communication disorder rehabilitation method implemented by a computer comprises the steps of: providing a screen for selecting rehabilitation tools based on a linguistic state of a patient; providing a plurality of rehabilitation content corresponding to a selected specific category for a plurality of rehabilitation content in a level corresponding to the linguistic state of the patient; and providing at least one rehabilitation content selected among the provided plurality of rehabilitation content according to at least one rehabilitation tool selected through the screen. If the selected rehabilitation tool is an augmented reality tool, a marker contained in the rehabilitation content is recognized and thus, based on the recognized marker, a 3D motion of the corresponding rehabilitation content may be provided on the basis of an augmented reality.
