The present invention relates to a method of evaluating a technological value using intellectual property. More particularly, in the method, various technological value evaluation methods which should be applied according to various cases, such as technical field, existence of transaction cases, or the like are installed in one information system. The information system automatically finds, applies and evaluates the most appropriate evaluation method for the technology to be evaluated. An investment indicator reflecting a status of a trading company and a technology life cycle of the technology to be evaluated in a technological value evaluation result is automatically calculated and included. Accordingly, the method allows users to evaluate the technological value with the most appropriate evaluation method for the technology to be evaluated and make accurate judgements when making trade decisions even if the users are not an expert.
