The present invention provides a Bacillus subtilis AF11 strain that inhibits an Aspergillus Flavus strain, an antifungal/fungal toxin degradation composition comprising the same and a method for controlling fungi comprising the same. The Bacillus subtilis AF11 strain and the antifungal/fungal toxin degradation composition comprising the same of the present invention can be usefully used as a biological control technique with high antifungal activity in the food and agriculture fields that require control of Aspergillus Flavus and degradation of fungal toxin (aflatoxin) produced thereby.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
