Disclosed is a fertilizer manufacturing device using herbal medicine waste. The fertilizer manufacturing device using herbal medicine waste is used in a place where herbal medicine wastes are generated. The present invention comprises: an input unit which selects power supply; an accommodating unit which accommodates the herbal medicine waste, has a circumference as a mesh and discharges herbal medicine waste particles in a predetermined size to the outside; a pulverizing unit which is formed inside the accommodating unit and pulverizes the herbal medicine waste to make the same be particles of a predetermined size or less; a driving unit which rotates the pulverizing unit; a drying unit which uses a dry compressed air to dry the herbal medicine waste; a control unit which, when power is applied according to selection of the input unit, controls the driving unit to rotate the pulverizing unit, pulverizes the herbal medicine waste to particles having a predetermined size, and uses the herbal medicine waste particles to generate pellets; and a pellet generating unit which uses the herbal medicine waste particles discharged from the accommodating unit according to control of the control unit, and generates the same as pellets.
