Provided is a weight management system using weight measurement and a competitive spirit. According to the weight management system using weight measurement and a competitive spirit of the present invention, a user can continuously check a weight change rate while measuring the weight, can visually check the same using a graph for a weight change for a specific period so as to have the pressure in accordance with an increase in the weight, and can take diet with some tension by accepting the necessity of a diet between users since the weight of the user and that of a competitor who has a body shape similar that of the user are compared. Also, the weight for each user is measured through a scale including a fingerprint recognizing device and a wireless communication module to indue an effective diet through a function of recommending a diet menu suitable for eating habits of the user and a diet exercise method suitable for a body shape of the user, and the body weight can be checked in real time in a user terminal owned by the user. In addition, a change in the weight for a predetermined period can be easily checked through a weight change rate and a graph by comparing the same with weight data measured in advance. Also, a desire for a diet is further motivated by inducing a competitive spirit between a plurality of users through comparison of features and the weight of a competitor who has a similar body shape with that of the user. Furthermore, a diet menu and a diet exercise method suitable for eating habits or a body shape of the user can be suggested.
