According to the present invention, a message-based gift financial product account opening apparatus and system, and a method thereof. The method comprises: a condition determination step of receiving a personal information of a recipient and an opening amount information on opening amount needed for opening a gift financial product account, and determining whether the personal information and the opening amount information meet a predetermined condition; an information processing transmission step of processing the personal information and the opening amount information into a first information on the gift financial product account and transmitting the first information to a receiver terminal if the personal information and the opening amount information meet the conditions; and an account opening confirmation step of receiving an opening completion information on whether an account of the financial product with the name of the recipient is opened from a financial institution server which performed communication with the receiving terminal. The financial institution server receives a second information corresponding to the first information from the receiver terminal. The present invention can encourage many people to have the saving habit.
