摘要
The present invention relates to an anisotropic nanostructure comprising double metal nanoclusters and conductive polymer compartments for optical-based biosensing, i.e. asymmetric Janus nanoprobe for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) based target material detection, The present invention relates to detection of a target substance. The asymmetric Janus nanoprobe according to the present invention highly enhances SERS characteristics from inter-particle coupling between core-shell nanoparticles in metal nanoclusters. Target detection and optical properties can be improved simultaneously by capturing the target in the polymer compartment and measuring the SERS in the metal nanocluster compartment. Therefore, the asymmetric Janus nanoprobe of the present invention can be utilized as a functional nanoprobe for SERS-based biosensing.
