The present invention relates to a device and method of providing a package specification table for a defense development item. The device comprises: a packaging target item selection unit determining whether a product belongs to an item to be packaged before delivery of the product corresponding to a defense development item; a specification check unit checking the weight and size of the product when the product belongs to the item to be packaged; a unit packaging selection unit selecting unit packaging contents of the product when the weight and size of the product are checked; a detailed packaging selection unit selecting the contents of the inner packaging and the outer packaging of the product based on the unit packaging contents of the product; and a packaging specification table output unit displaying the results of the weight, size, unit packaging contents, inner packaging contents and outer packaging contents of the product in a packaging specification table according to a predetermined format, and outputting the packaging specification table. According to the present invention, the contents can be unified among developers of the package specification table.
