The present invention relates to a method for predicting a state of health (SoH) off an energy storage device, which derives a model equation based on an electrochemical equivalent circuit, uses a time constant related to the same to perform the application and the fitting operation of a result value of a charge/discharge behavior of an initial number of the energy storage device, DC resistance, or alternating current impedance, thereby predicting the SoH of the energy storage device, solving a conventional problem which cannot predict the SoH by reflecting an electrochemical basis phenomenon, and accurately predicting the lifetime with a minimum error rate by a simple method.
