Disclosed are a GS1-based business process model and an analysis model generating device and a business processor automatic analysis system and a method thereof. The system is an automatic analysis system that automatically analyzes a business process corresponding to an analysis model by using the analysis model to event-based information provided by an EPCIS server which is a GS1 code-based global distributed event repository. The system includes a model generating device and an analyzing device. The model generating device generates a business process model using a previously set GS1-based business stage or a newly described GS1-based business stage according to a user input and generates an analysis model that is defined using a previously set analysis item or a newly described analysis item in association with the generated business process model. The analyzing device obtains the event-based information provided by the EPCIS server based on the analysis model generated by the model generating device and automatically analyzes the business process according to the business process model generated by the model generating device.
