The present invention relates to a roll type steam generator, a hybrid type steam generator using the roll type steam generator, and a method of manufacturing the roll type steam generator. The roll type steam generator comprises: a metal mesh plate including a metal mesh having the predetermined width and length or a metal plate (hereinafter, referred to as a ″metal mesh″) having perforations, and first and second conductive portions having the predetermined width coupled to an upper end and a lower end of the metal mesh and the length corresponding to the length of the metal mesh and receiving power from the outside to heat the metal mesh; and a steam generation member having the width and the length corresponding to or smaller than the width and the length of the metal mesh plate, and formed in a cardboard type or applied onto the metal mesh plate to generate steam by heating. The steam generation member is positioned between the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion of the metal mesh plate and is positioned inside the roll type steam generator to roll the metal mesh plate in a roll shape.
