The present invention relates to a silver pin ornament, which can easily couple a pin and an ornament without an additional process, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: supporting an ornament on a first jig by vacuum adsorption; supporting a silver pin by a second jig; and pressing and coupling the ornament and the silver pin.
