The present invention provides a vent-stem fixation repair device of a control element drive mechanism (CEDM) for a nuclear reactor which has a cap unit having a coil stack provided therein and a pressure housing arranged in an upper part of the cap unit. The repair device comprises: a base unit arranged in the pressure housing having a vent-stem; and a drill mounting unit formed in the base unit and having a drill mounted and fixed therein. The drill mounting unit guides and fixes a processing location of the drill to be located to a fixation part formed in the vent-stem. In addition, the present invention provides a vent-stem fixation repair method of CEDM for a nuclear reactor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
