According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a computer program stored on a computer readable medium comprising encoded instructions is disclosed. The computer program, when executed by one or more processors of a computer system, causes the one or more processors to perform the following steps for Change Data Capture (CDC) between a source database and a target database. Wherein the steps comprise: obtaining a plurality of log records including information about transactions processed in the source database; Grouping the plurality of log records into a plurality of groups based on a predetermined condition, wherein log records belonging to each of the plurality of groups are sorted in the group based on the order of their occurrence; And determining that the obtained plurality of log records are replicated from the source database to the target database in parallel on a group basis.
