The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a degree of internet/smartphone addiction by measuring a performance level of a cognitive task, comprising: (a) a step of generating an addiction scale data using a measure of the internet/smartphone addiction; (b) a step of performing a cognitive task and generating behavior measurement data; (c) a step of calculating the addiction scale data generated in the step (a); (d) a step of calculating cognitive task performance level data from the behavior measurement data generated in the step (b); (e) a step of analyzing a correlation between the step (c) and the step (d); (f) a step of graphically implementing the correlation of the step (e); and (g) a step of setting a diagnostic criterion for the degree of addiction based on the result shown in the graph of the step (f).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
