A 3d printing device for producing a 3d shaped ceramic matrix composite and a 3d printing method are disclosed. The 3D printing device according to the present invention is a 3D printing device for producing a ceramic matrix composite (CMC), in which a fiber reinforced material is mixed with a ceramic matrix material, includes: a printing gun which is operated in three dimensions depending on information input to a power supply; and a substrate positioned at a lower region of the printing gun and coated with melt ejected from the printing gun in three dimensions, wherein the printing gun may include: a first nozzle for melting and discharging a ceramic powder by a laser beam or an electron beam; and a second nozzle melt-spinning a fiber-reinforced material by a laser beam or an electron beam.
