According to the present invention, provided are a method for outputting a mining plan including a blasting pattern design and a device thereof which construct an Internet of things (IoT) device node network, capable of collecting information, such as measurement values and measurement positions of various measurement sensors configuring a mine security system installed within an underground tunnel of a underground limestone mine, using an IoT frequency band. Therefore, a mine security alert can be output by analyzing information on ground and ventilation states obtained through communication between IoT devices including a sensing unit such as a micro-seismic wave measuring device, a roof displacement measuring device, a gas monitor or a temperature/humidity measuring device. Furthermore, information on a change in a ground state collected during mining performance is compared with data on a mining plan and data on the mined mineral quality to optimize a planning variable such as a room/pillar ratio and a pillar position.
