Provided is a method for providing a route guidance service for public transportation based on voice guidance which can increase mobility between regions disadvantageous to public transportation. To this end, the method comprises the steps of: scanning or reading a first public transportation information guidance terminal outputting route information searched with a user voice and an identification code corresponding to the route information; collecting data corresponding to the identification code to output route guidance through a sound or a voice based on a real-time position of a user terminal; outputting transfer information before arriving at a transfer station when the transfer information is present in a route included in the route guidance; calling a second public transportation information guidance terminal positioned at the transfer station to output and control the transfer information; and starting the route guidance based on the real-time position of the user terminal to end the route guidance when arriving at a destination.
