The present invention relates to a system for an augmented reality fitness gym and a recording medium readable by a computer, in which a fitness gym program is recorded. The present invention allows people having difficulties in daily lives and in work life due to heavy stress, depression and anxiety, to participate in a mechanical AR program for a predetermined duration of time in a fitness gym close to the living quarters, rather than visiting doctors, thereby enhancing social competence including fitness, sensitivity, and interpersonal relationship and helping to recover to a healthy state.
