The present invention relates to an earthquake proof reinforcing method for lower parts of an apartment structure, which comprises the following steps of: (A) forming a joint hole; (B) installing a vibration proof pad; (C) arranging a vibration proof damper; (D) installing a truss damper to support a lower surface of a veranda of households at the first floor; and (E) installing a cover material having a plurality of through holes. According to the present invention, earthquake proof performance at a low-rise portion with respect to an apartment structure is increased to significantly increase earthquake proof performance with respect to the whole apartment structure.
