The present invention relates to a high speed video data encryption method for a long-term evolution (LTE)-based swam unmanned aerial system (UAS), which is capable of increasing processing efficiency. According to the present invention, the high speed video data encryption method comprises the steps of: allowing a ground control station (GCS) and each node of a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) to select a private key and generate a public key; allowing the GCS and each node of the UAVs to calculate a hash value and perform an electronic signature with respect to its public key; transmitting the calculated hash value, the electronic signature, and the generated public key from the GCS to the UAVs and from the UAVs to the GCS; allowing the GCS and the UAVs to verify the received public key; and allowing the GCS and the UAVs to generate a secret key, which is to be used as a session key, for a lightweight encryption algorithm (LEA) algorithm through the verified public key verified by using an ECDH.
