The present invention relates to a film cooling hole formed by being penetrated in a high-temperature member including a first surface on which a cooling fluid flows and a second surface on which high-temperature gas flows. The film cooling hole sprays the cooling fluid flowing along the first surface to the outside of the second surface. The film cooling hole includes: a first area having a circular cross-section and forming a hole spray angle in the direction of the lower side of the high-temperature gas from the first surface to the second surface, wherein the first area has an inlet of the cooling fluid; a second area extended from the first area toward the second surface and having a ceiling surface reaching the second surface at the same angle as the hole spray angle, wherein a floor surface of the second area is inclined at a first front angle in the direction of the lower side of the high-temperature gas from the hole spray angle and both sides of the second area are expanded at a side expansion angle on a center line of the first area; and a third area extended from the second area to the second surface and having a floor surface inclined at a second front angle in the direction of the lower side of the high-temperature gas at the first front angle, wherein both sides of the third area are expanded at the side expansion angle on the center line of the first area and an outlet of the cooling fluid is formed in the third area.
