The present invention relates to a childbirth monitoring device. According to an aspect of the present invention, the childbirth monitoring device comprises: an apparatus unit including a cover unit covering a genital area of animals, and a support unit formed in a form of covering a part of bodies of the animals, connected to the cover unit, and providing a support function to allow the cover unit to be located at the genital area of animals; and a detection unit attached to the cover unit, detecting a pressure change when an animal fetus is emitted from the genital area of animals, generating a detection signal, and wirelessly transmitting the detection signal to a manager device.
