The present invention relates to a water quality monitoring system capable of more correctly and certainly evaluating water quality in a steam turbine system than a conventional system. According to the present invention, the water quality monitoring system comprises: a sampling pipe (22) acquiring steam passing through a low pressure extraction pipe (12A), which extracts steam from a low pressure turbine (12) receiving low pressure steam, in a steam turbine; a steam inlet tank (32) receiving the acquired steam from the sampling pipe (22); a water quality measurement device (50) measuring the water quality of condensate formed by condensing the steam supplied to the steam inlet tank (32); and a water quality diagnosis device (100) using a measurement result of the water quality measurement device (50) to diagnose the water quality of the condensate. The steam inlet tank (32) is installed at a higher position than that of the water quality measurement device (50) and uses a head difference to measure the water quality of the condensate compressed at atmospheric pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
