Disclosed are a four-pillars-of-destiny-tailored real estate recommendation method based on artificial intelligence and a server for operating the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method, which is performed by a computing system to recommend real estate for sale, may comprise the steps of: collecting real estate for sale information including four-pillars-of-destiny matching information of a real estate for sale from a registrant terminal; collecting four-pillars-of-destiny input information from a user terminal; and recommending, to the user terminal, at least one piece of real estate for sale information collected from the registrant terminal on the basis of the four-pillars-of-destiny input information and the four-pillars-of-destiny matching information.
