Provided are a central server with a learner customized coding cloud education platform for providing coding education content based on the level of a learner by using various information of the learner, a learner customized coding education system including same, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the learner customized coding education system comprises the steps: collecting user input information including audios, videos, texts, and stories, and acquisition information including device information, spatial information, and structured and unstructured data; recognizing and grasping a coding learner situation based on the input information and acquisition information, and interpreting the situation; providing a coding education program to a coding learner, and storing a coding education process of the coding learner to analyze and determine a situation of the coding learner; connecting a situational flow of the coding learner; providing a hybrid coding education program to the coding learner on the basis of data inferred based on the situational flow of the coding learner; and storing information on the contextual flow connection of the coding learner, and information on a curriculum using the hybrid coding education program, and answering a question of the coding learner or providing information to the coding learner based on the stored information.
