The present invention relates to a viral vector for treating Parkinson′s disease and a method for treating Parkinson′s disease using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for alleviating and treating behavioral disorders caused by Parkinson′s disease by injecting and expressing the viral vector which expresses halorhodopsin (NpHR) in the cerebral inner core or globus pallidus in a brain region, and activating the same through optical stimulation. The composition and a treatment method of the present invention can alleviate behavioral disorders caused by Parkinson′s disease by a photogenetic method which is a highly targeted and effective method compared to existing drugs or exercise treatment methods.
