Disclosed are a method for providing a primary care vet service interlocking with a urine test for a pet using a reagent pad, and a mobile software therefor. According to the present invention, a user can check a health status of a pet using a reagent pad for a urine test. The management software not only displays the health status of the pet to the user, but also notifies a pre-registered primary care vet in accordance with the health status of the pet, thereby proceeding the consultation with the primary care vet.
