The present invention relates to a group payment interface apparatus, a system thereof, and a group payment method. According to the present invention, the group payment interface apparatus comprises: an input/output unit for receiving and outputting payment information on a plurality of payers who purchase a product; a control unit for continuously generating individual payment information, to which individual payment amounts constituting the total payment amount of the payers are reflected, for each payment unit on the basis of the payment information received through the input/output unit; and a payment identifier generating unit for generating, for each payment unit, each individual payment identifier, which is identification information on each individual payment information generated for each payment unit. The control unit divides each individual payment identifier into each payment unit to transmit the same through the input/output unit in order to independently request a payment for an individual payer to a payment server for each payment unit by recognizing each individual payment identifier generated through the payment identifier generating unit by each payment terminal owned by the individual payer included in the payers.
