The present invention relates to a method for providing physiotherapy patient record management service providing a patient management service through a terminal. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of performing manager authentication; a second step of loading and sorting worklist information, which is previously stored in a terminal in relation with a corresponding manager, in a time series and generating new worklist information in accordance with a manager′s input; a third step of generating subjective and objective information about the worklist or new worklist information in accordance with the manager′s input; a fourth step of generating evaluation information and treatment plan information based on the subjective and objective information; and a fifth step of collecting the subjective, objective, evaluation, and treatment plan information to generate report information processing the same in an image type.
