The present invention relates to a system and a method of quantifying data for extracting features of symptoms of gait freezing in Parkinson′s disease. The method comprises the steps of: measuring, in a terminal, an acceleration of a user at a predetermined time period and generating accelerometer data in a CSV file form; removing, in the terminal, noise included in the generated accelerometer data; correcting, in the terminal, an axis for fixing an y axis in a gravity direction among three axes to correct a posture of the user and a slop of the terminal with respect to the accelerometer data from which noise is removed; separating, in the terminal, the accelerometer data whose axis is corrected into an accelerometer data vector value of a vertical component and an accelerometer data vector value of a horizontal component; performing, in the terminal, a fast Fourier transform of accelerometer data of a vertical component and accelerometer data of a horizontal component, and calculating a maximum value of the accelerometer data of a vertical component and the accelerometer data of a horizontal component, using a size of the separated accelerometer data vector value of a vertical component and a size of the accelerometer data vector value of a horizontal component; calculating, in the terminal, an average value of the accelerometer data vector value of a vertical component and the accelerometer data vector value of a horizontal component using the separated accelerometer data vector value of a vertical component and the separated accelerometer data vector value of a horizontal component; and quantifying, in a quantification device, the accelerometer data using a result value of the performed fast Fourier transform and the calculated maximum value and the average value.
