The present invention relates to a system for providing a social welfare service by direct employment of a social worker by a company and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a local company is capable of increasing clarity for donation through direct participation by notifying corresponding information to the local company and social workers and allowing the local company to directly employ a social worker recommended by a main server when client information requiring a social welfare service is received from a local government server, and a social worker can be guaranteed employment stability for a predetermined period of time. The system for providing a social welfare service by direct employment of a social worker by a company comprises: a local company terminal located within a predetermined region to check client information, transmitting payable wage information for a social worker to a main server, and remitting payable wage to a social worker after employing the same; a local social worker terminal located within a predetermined region to provide a social welfare service to a client, receiving client information and providing desired wage information; a main server for storing the client information, setting a budget for a social welfare service to be provided to a client so as to provide client information to the local company terminal and the local social worker terminal, confirming completion of provision of the social welfare service if employment is confirmed and payable wage is deposited from the local company terminal, and paying wage; and a local government server for providing local client information to the main server and checking if a social welfare service for a client is completed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
