The present invention relates to a Chinese trademark Chinese character sound searching engine (200) capable of searching the same or similar trademark of a corresponding Korean search word when a user who does not know the Chinese or Chinese characters search for a Korean search word (100), and to a Chinese trademark searching method. The method comprises the following steps. The user inputs (100) a Korean search word. A result value of the Chinese trademark Chinese character sound searching engine (200) is transmitted to Chinese trademark data (300).
