Provided is a system to provide a toy platform service for cloud-based infant STEAM education. The system includes: at least one stamp block including an identification tag identifying a block and read or scanned through wireless communication, and an icon including a text or image in an exposed outer surface; a board panel including at least one sensor placed on the upper surface to identify coordinates in which the stamp block is located, and identifying the coordinates in which the stamp block is located and the stamp block located in the coordinates by reading or scanning the identification tag of the stamp block; and a smart terminal connected with the board panel or stamp block, and receiving the identification tag and the coordinates, in which the stamp block identified through the board panel is located, to mix content, which is pre-mapped with the identification tag and stored, in accordance with the coordinates and display the mixed content. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing an environment in which users can improve their computing-thinking skills.
