The present invention relates to an apparatus for drawing a watermarking attack technique using an artificial neural network, a method therefor, and a computer-recordable recording medium storing a program for performing the method. The present invention provides an apparatus for drawing a watermarking attack technique using an artificial neural network, the apparatus comprising: a processing unit performing watermarking to insert an insertion image into original data using a plurality of watermarking techniques, transforming the original data, on which the watermarking is performed, according to a plurality of watermarking attack techniques corresponding to each of the watermarking techniques, and extracting the insertion image from the transformed original data; and an evaluating unit evaluating the degree of loss of the insertion image and the original data transformed by the watermarking attack techniques, and drawing a watermarking attack technique, by which the loss of the original data is least and the loss of the insertion image is greatest, corresponding to each of the watermarking techniques depending on the evaluation result, a method therefor, and a computer-recordable recording medium storing a program for performing the method. Thus, a watermarking attack technique can be drawn that can most efficiently apply a watermarking attack.
