The present invention relates to a method for providing a cartoon education service for a rookie cartoonist using an application. More specifically, in reality, there are people who cannot afford to go to a cartoon school to learn cartoons because they have a limit to invest money or time for a cartoon school. In order to solve the problem, provided is a cartoon education platform allowing people to learn cartoons anytime and anywhere by utilizing the leisure time through the application. By uploading cartoons through the application by a rookie cartoonist and giving feedback through the application by a professional cartoon instructor, a service, which makes the rookie cartoonist feel like the cartoonist is taking one-to-one class with the professional cartoon instructor, is provided so as to increase the quality of education for a trainee. The present invention provides the method for providing a cartoon education service for a rookie cartoonist using an application applicable to a device such as a PC, a tablet, a smartphone, or the like.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
