The present invention relates to an apparatus for capturing benthic organisms in the intertidal zone. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus comprising a hunting and collecting means to facilitate hunting and collecting of fish and shellfish in the intertidal zone regardless of day or night, and a safety means to ensure safe hunting and collecting activities of a user. The apparatus for capturing benthic organisms in the intertidal zone according to the present invention comprises: a body made of a hollow polygonal or circular pipe shape and having a lamp module and a smart device interworking module at one end thereof; a tongs unit formed of a pair of support pieces and tong pieces, and a plurality of rakes; an operation unit comprising a handle having a biosignal sensor, a lever for operating the tongs unit, a first connector connected to the body and accommodating an elastic member therein, a support plate to prevent fatigue of workers, a support connected to the support plate, a second connector connecting the support and the handle.
