The present invention relates to a heat treatment method to form a serrated grain boundary of a Ni-based superalloy containing niobium such as an alloy 625 (Ni-21Cr-9Mo-3.5Nb) used for a main component such as a steam or gas turbine for power generation, a blade forming an aircraft engine turbine, a vein, a heat exchanger, and a combustor, and an alloy heat-treated thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of serration heat treatment of a Ni-based superalloy containing niobium of grain boundaries to increase resistance of damage caused by creep, fatigue, oxidation, corrosion, or the like at high temperature by an inter-crystalline crack, and a Ni-based superalloy containing niobium, which is heat-treated thereby to have a serrated grain boundary.
