The present invention relates to a shared economy platform and a method thereof which can provide more democratic and transparent authentication and benefit distribution services based on blockchain technology. According to the present invention, more democratic and transparent authentication and benefit distribution services are provided based on blockchain technology, activities and movements of residents may be observed, and reinforcement of expenses due to absence checking and dying alone can be prevented. In addition, the present invention provides a more democratic decision-making system to the residents by using transparent and fair authentication and security technology, thereby supporting the residents to share benefit distribution equity, democratic decision-making, joint parenting, and shared economic life.
