The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus of selecting a channel for unmanned aircraft control and non-mission communication based on channel interference analysis. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of selecting a channel for unmanned aircraft control based on channel interference analysis comprises the steps of: performing an interference analysis, by a user device; selecting a channel by the user device based on a result of the interference analysis; requesting a central management device for approval of the selected channel, by the user device; and performing communication with the unmanned aircraft on the channel approved by the central management device, by the user device.
