The present invention relates to an environment study and analysis system utilizing environmental space information and ICT, for proposing an efficient utilization plan by suggesting analysis data on environmental study in which various environmental space information and ICT are converged. The environment study and analysis system utilizing environmental space information and ICT comprises: a document searching module which searches electronic documents related to environmental study by receiving input of keywords; a grouping module which extracts words by using a plurality of electronic documents searched by the document searching module, and groups a plurality of sub-keywords based on the extracted words in order to generate classification keywords; and an analyzing and a visualizing module which analyzes electronic documents related to the classification keywords generated by the grouping module, and shows the same as a graph. Therefore, the environment study and analysis system utilizing environmental space information and ICT can help to set the direction of future studies or policies by systematically understanding utilization cases and current state of the ICT environment area.
