The present invention relates to a memory apparatus based on cloud storage with enhanced security, which can use a file in cloud storage without a login process in a host system, and does not store the file to be protected and cloud authentication information in a nonvolatile physical storage device, and to an authentication control method thereof. The memory apparatus based on cloud storage with enhanced security comprises: a memory apparatus based on a cloud storage capable of using a file of the cloud storage without a login process in a using host system; host devices to which the memory apparatus based on the cloud storage is connected; cloud storage storing data files; and a smart device performing a security authentication procedure when the based memory apparatus based on the cloud storage is physically connected to the host device.
