摘要

The present invention relates to a vibration noise spectroscopy device for measuring and imaging a molecular vibration mode in nano-resolution, and a method thereof. The vibration noise spectroscopy device comprises a function generating device controlling unit, a measuring unit, an analyzing unit, and an imaging unit. The function generating device controlling unit controls a function generating device to apply voltage between conductive substrates in which a conductive probe (Pt probe) of connected conductive atomic force microscopy and a molecular sample having deposited molecules are mounted. The measuring unit measures current by using the probe through the molecular sample, and measures noise power spectral density (PSD) based on a measured current signal. The analyzing unit generates a map of the PSD by collecting the PSD depending on voltage changed through the function generating device, and measures the vibration mode of the molecule sample by analyzing the map of the PSD. The imaging unit generates a map of imaging distribution of the vibration mode at nanoscale resolution.
