A wide band frequency oscillation circuit and a frequency oscillation method using a right voltage controlled oscillator are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frequency oscillation circuit comprises: a low drop-out (LDO) regulator for generating an input voltage of a ring voltage controlled oscillator (VCO); and the ring VCO accessing the LDO regulator and controlling an oscillation frequency based on the input voltage. The LDO regulator includes a feedback variable resistance.
