The present invention relates to a smart counter for manufacturing a sewing product using Internet of things, a method thereof, a sewing production management system having the same, and a processing method thereof. The smart counter for manufacturing a sewing product is provided to separately correspond to a plurality of sewing machines for processing a plurality of different sewing processes in a sewing production line for producing various kinds of sewing products. The smart counter for manufacturing a sewing product counts the production amount of a sewing machine which processes each sewing process in the sewing production line equipped with a plurality of different sewing processes by applying a technology of Internet of things and a technology of a four-dimensional industry. The smart counter for manufacturing a sewing product performs interactive data communication with a production management server through a wireless communication network. The production management server collects production information from the smart counters for manufacturing a sewing product, constructs a database using collected production information, and analyzes and processes the same into various data to be used for simulation and design of the sewing production line. According to the present invention, the production amount of the sewing production line can be counted and monitored in real time by using the smart counter for manufacturing a sewing product, and the productivity can be improved by rapidly using the same in solving a problem caused by the reduction of the production amount.
